The Venti is a luxury 6-story midrise located within a verdant area south of the Buffalo Bayou. The 20-unit building features an excellent location near many establishments. The office complex in the Galleria area is also accessible from the condominium.

EXCLUSIVITY: From its name (“venti” is “twenty” in Italian), the 6-story building has only 20 units. Venti condos come in 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans with more than 2,000 square feet of living spaces. Each floor has at most four units, labeled A, B, C, and D. Units A and B are in the north quadrant of the building. Other units, C and D, are in the south quadrant.
NEAR GALLERIA OFFICES: Venti provides excellent access to residents working nearby. The building is north of the Galleria area, one of Houston's major employment centers.
