Houston Market Statistics
 Houston's Single Family Homes and Townhomes are in a "Seller's Market" with 6.0 and 7.8 months of inventory available.
Houston's high-rises are in a "Buyer's Market" with 12.5 months of available inventory.
According to the Houston Assoc. of Realtors, the annual sales rate for single family homes fell 5.6% from 2/6/07-2/5/08, but the median house price increased.
