NCAA Basketball Regional Tournament
 Houston's Reliant Stadium is host to the 2008 NCAA Men's Basketball South Regional Championship on March 28th and 30th.
This is the second weekend of March Madness®, and the tournament will decide which teams advance to the Final Four in San Antonio.

 The Bayou City Art Festival is coming up this March 28-30th!
Nestled in Houston's Memorial Park, the Festival is an art lover's delight.
The event boasts an outdoor gallery of 300 artists, wine cafés, a Creative Zone for children, restaurants, and a performing arts stage presented by The Houston Arts Alliance.

Houston Market Statistics
 Houston's Single Family Homes and Townhomes are in a "Seller's Market" with 6.2 and 8 months of inventory available.
Houston's high-rises are in a "Buyer's Market" with 13.5 months of available inventory.
According to the Houston Assoc. of Realtors, the annual sales rate for highrises increased 3.4% while the sales rate for single family homes fell 7% from 3/7/07-3/5/08.
