Houston Market Statistics
 Houston's Single Family Homes and Townhomes are in a "Seller's Market" with 6.8 and 8.2 months of inventory available.
Houston's high-rises are in a "Buyer's Market" with 14.8 months of available inventory.
According to the Houston Assoc. of Realtors, the annual sales rate for highrises fell one percent, while the sales rate for single family homes fell 9.1% from 5/5/07-5/3/08.
