Highland Tower is a new building being developed by Pelican Builders in Houston Texas that will be located in the Galleria area of Houston near Westheimer and Houston's 610 Inner Loop.
Highland Tower is expected to be a luxury Houston high rise that will feature 99 residential units with the "Amenities of a Private Club."
