Built in 1977, and named after the great Houston philanthropist George Henry Hermann, Hermann Loft units were once used as full-time headquarters for the Salvation Army.
However, upon becoming one of Houston’s first and original loft conversion projects, Hermann Lofts opened its doors to residents in 1997.
