Briargrove Park Homes For Sale

Not to be confused with Briargrove, Briargrove Park is a much larger (almost 1,500 homes) residential neighborhood further west in Houston, where lofty pine and oak trees shade well-groomed lawns -- which are lit by gas lights in the evenings.

The subdivision is managed by a full-time staff, which sees to its garbage collection and maintenance for Briargrove Park's neighborhood-wide lawn gas lights. Although deed restrictions in Briargrove Park are adhered to, the area enjoys a wide variety of home styles -- something which keeps the neighborhood fresh and unique for its residents.

One of the prime attractions in Briargrove Park is its central swimming pool, a 25-yard pool with attached deep-water diving pool and a baby pool. Located right near the subdivision office, it serves as a meeting place for residents of Briargrove Park of all ages. Briargrove Park residents also participate in a Women's Club, a Garden Club, a tennis league and swim team. There are also various neighborhood celebrations throughout the year in Briargrove Park.

Briargrove Park is zoned to HISD's Walnut Bend Elementary School, Revere Middle School (with West Briar Middle School as an option) and Westside High School.
