Turnberry Tower will be located close to the current luxury highrises 7 Riverway and Four Leaf Towers.
Most condos will range in size from 1,620 square ft to 5,525 square ft and will cost from $1,000,000 to more than $8,000,000 million.
There will be four 15,000-square-foot penthouse units featuring 3 stories, four bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms, with a price tag of $8.5 million.
Building amenities will be some of the highest quality in all of Houston and include a spa/fitness center, swimming pool, media room, social rooms, tea room, limousine service, 24-hour valet and concierge service.
The Turnberry Tower high rise is expected to be finished in late 2009.
