Buying in the Warwick Towers can be tricky for several reasons. The building has over 100 units, each with different pro’s and con’s: For instance, certain views are superior to others – this affects the value of different units (both positively and negatively.) Warwick Towers is also an older building and while it has shown good condo appreciation rates the last 10 years, there are many comparable newer residential highrises within Museum District and Texas Medical areas. Lastly, very few Warwick Towers units go on the market for sale (less than 10 annually).
