SCENIC VIEWS: The units' balconies are the ideal places to enjoy and watch the beautiful skyline of Downtown. Homeowners get to enjoy the fireworks display during the 4th of July. Downtown is a busy business district located at the center of Houston. It is at the junction of Interstate 10, Interstate 45, and Interstate 69. Living outside downtown, residents can visit entertainment and recreation destinations like Theater District. Large-scale sporting events and concerts take place at the Toyota Center. The local dining scene offers upscale grills, casual taquerias, and sushi spots.
