It has created about 200 distinct "Geo Market Areas". All Houston area properties in the MLS are classified into one Geo Market Area based on their location. They are generally considered outside of the Houston-Woodlands-Baytown MSA. We categorized these geo markets into six regions: 1) Inner Loop.
