I have been working with Brittney Coyle for 4 years now and have had the pleasure of purchasing two homes with her during that time. The first was my first time as a home buyer and she made the experience so smooth! She explained everything in detail to my husband and I, walked us through our options, was there for every question we had and really took the time to understand our home style. When it came time for us to sell and find something bigger for our growing family, she was even more perfect to work with! We found I’m our dream home and without missing a beat she dropped everything to draft a proposal and negotiate an offer that was accepted, over 6 others! And when it came time to selling our townhome, she made sure it was staged perfectly, that the photos were stellar and not a detail was missed.
