In the past six months, the Houston Properties Team has helped us sell two homes with the utmost professionalism, extraordinary organizational skills and a level of expertise any other realtor would envy. We worked primarily with Holly Hernandez who is the absolute best person and best realtor for both sales and rentals. (She also found excellent renters for us a few years ago, for one of the properties we just sold.)
Holly and her team prepared market information for us ahead of the sales so we could make informed decisions about listing prices and which listings ours might be competing with for buyers. They communicated well, and often, by email and text so we never had to wonder what was happening or what the next step would be. Particularly helpful was the detailed calendar which guided us step-by-step through the listing, sale and closing process.
Both homes were beautifully staged, attracting more buyers than an empty home, and were shown often and to good effect. The Houston Properties Team don’t just list your home and wait for a buyer to come! They reach out to prospective buyers and agents who might represent interested buyers. Due to their diligence and proactiveness, we got offers on both homes very quickly after listing, a tribute to the team’s great and effective promotion.
