We are grateful to Kim and her team for the outstanding support that they provided as we relocated to the Spring area and needed to find a home quickly before the school year started. An introductory video call allowed Kim to understand our needs and effectively narrow down target areas for our search. The low inventories and our travels made our house hunting a challenge, but Kim persisted (with both in-person and video showings), and happily we found a home and neighborhood that we love ... and were able to close in time for our kids to start school! Kim helped us navigate the offer process with quality market insights/comps and strong negotiation skills, and then she and her team coordinated the pre-sale activities like a well-oiled machine (inspections, title, etc.). I appreciated the business-like approach by the team (e.g. testing candidate houses for marketability if we were to relocate again in a short timeframe), which gave us confidence in making a good purchase.
