I would recommend Brad to anyone buying or selling a house.
Brad helped me to sell my home in a very difficult circumstance. He was extremely knowledgeable and communicated frequently throughout the selling process. His extensive communication was demonstrated by anticipating my questions before they were asked. I knew what was happening every step of the way.
Although, we had some challenging and complex issues with the closing, Brad was able to intervene to ensure that sale went through. Without Brad's expertise I do not know if my house would have sold. Brad is the only realtor I would call if selling or buying a home in Houston! I highly recommend Brad!
