Five star rating hands down!!! I've used Houston properties on 4 different deals. Each one had its own unique set of challenges and our team of Brad Evans & Laura Banda were great at every turn. Not only did they help us find properties, but they helped us think about creative ways to negotiate the financial side of things, define our financial goals, and to maximize proceeds & reduce purchase price. It was impressive on how aligned Brad & Laura were so we did not get mixed messages or wires crossed. One of the most important things that they brought to the table was to help us navigate the emotional side of selling and buying. Their approach, choice of words, consideration for us as people and not just a customer was very impressive and appreciated. The people side of the equation is often a "miss" during the process and Brad & Laura hit a home run on every deal. I will definitely use them the next time I have a need. Brittney Coyle did such an amazing job helping us find our perfect home! This was our first home and trying to find out what is actually a good deal is such a complicated endeavor. Brittney's command of the market and kind demeanor made us feel absolutely confident and comfortable with our decision which to me is the most important aspect to our purchase.
