Third time’s a charm - truly! We were relocating from out of state and did not know the Houston area. Trying to find the right realtor was overwhelming to say the least. After two unpleasant experiences with other realtor teams, multiple viewings, and a missed opportunity on a home, we researched the Houston Properties Team and left a message for a call back. We were still hesitant to trust yet another unfamiliar realtor with our impending move and it took Aaron a couple of calls for us to move forward with HPT. He hung in there and the rest is a beautiful story! Aaron’s professional and genuine demeanor won us over and we agreed to come to Houston to take a tour of the Houston area. His strategy was to identify the general area of Houston where we felt at home and then Aaron would go to work. Go to work he did! Aaron is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the Houston area. Since we lived out of state, we were not able to make a second trip to look at the specific properties that Aaron found for us in our selected locations. We came to trust Aaron so deeply in two weeks that he led us through our home viewings via FaceTime and then went to work for us again to make an offer. Aaron led us through the process and our offer was accepted! He was personally there to greet us when we arrived in Houston with the moving truck so would get a first glimpse of our new home in person. In a few short months - unexpectedly - we were moving back - out of state - to our former home city. There was no doubt we were going with Aaron to sell our newly purchased Houston home! As part of her services she brought an interior designer to help me stage the house to show case the best view for online viewers at no cost. She walked me through each step of the way until the end. I would not have sold my house at such short period of time and at higher price if it wasn't to Yolanda's details and market research.
At the time of rising interest rates, selling a house in 9 days takes a miracle and Yolanda was my angel to make that happen. Her market research and listening to the potential buyers helped us price the house right and sell it fast.
