Holly Hernandez is a true pro. She was an absolute life saver to work with on the sale of our house and purchase of a new one.
When shopping for our next home, she and the Houston Properties team were super organized in coordinating showings and making sure our time was spent efficiently. They sent us valuable information on each house we were interested in that we couldn't have found on our own, and they helped us navigate through 3 different contracts before we found the "one." Holly is an expert negotiator and understands the inner workings of the industry so well. She was also great about pointing out structural, workmanship and community details we might've otherwise missed as we were mesmerized by design style and fixtures. It really helped to have her perspective and gut check moments.
On the selling side, we were first-time sellers trying to move our 40-year-old home during a pandemic, so we needed a bit of extra hand-holding and education during the process. Through each milestone we celebrated and each roadblock we encountered, she was a fully present, knowledgeable and thoughtful voice of reason.
