She was patient with me, and took me to all the places I wanted to check “just in case” it was the right place; she was honest about the process, and about pros and cons of each location. We figure it would be difficult to look for homes being out of town; however our realtor, Brittney Coyle, made it an easy process. She was flexible and learned our style quickly. Through video chats, she would walk us through the homes like we were there, pointing out details of the homes. Brittney was very knowledgeable on the neighborhoods we were looking at. Brittney was patient and responsive when we had questions. Brittney’s service did not end when the sale was completed. After closing on our home, she has provided recommendations for move in service, helped us get quotes for cleaners, and assist with setting up our water. It has been a delight to work Brittney.
