I enjoyed working with Brittney Coyle during one of the most challenging periods in the housing marketplace, with increasing interest rates and high demand. We started looking for my home in June. Despite the difficulties, Brittney displayed remarkable patience as we diligently searched for homes. She was incredibly considerate of my needs and expectations, which I had set very high. We found a new build, and the builder allowed me to customize the entire interior prior, which took another eight months. She had to work with me before closing in Oct.
