My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Brad Evans when we bought our house in Cypress Tx about 5 years ago. I have relocated 16 times around the US and I am telling you I have never had a realitor like Brad. For starters he actively listened to us really trying to find out the most important thing? What is going to make my wife happy for the long term. Second one we closed and this is my experience the agent moves on not Brad, he once or twice a year checks in “how’s the home? How’s Linda? How’s work?. Last year my wife wanted to remodel the bathroom who was my first call to? Brad, asking is he knew any good contractors? Within 2 days I had a list of qualified contractors. I could go on and on about Brad! One last thing Brad is no longer just the guy who helped us buy our house me and my wife consider Brad a friend!
