Located within the exciting Downtown area, The Marlowe is a 2018-construction 20-story luxury highrise from Randall Davis. Resembling a pinstripe suit with its black and white glass façade, the building showcases 22 floor plans named after popular actors like Brando, Newman, and Redford.
NEW HIGHRISE DEVELOPMENT: Randall Davis, the same developer behind luxury buildings like Cosmopolitan, Empire Lofts, Manhattan, and Rice Lofts, announced the development this project in 2015. Most of the residential condo buildings in Downtown are midrises and loft types. The Marlowe is one of the few residential highrises in the area built after 2010.
