The Moderne has an open pet policy and allows up to 4 pets per unit (no restriction on number of fishes). The management does not allow aggressive dog breeds. Reptiles and endangered or exotic species are also prohibited.
The building management allows owners to have up to two dogs and/or cats. (See Pet Policies of Houston’s Luxury Buildings).
Residents have direct access to major thoroughfares like I-69, US 59 and Southwest freeway. The building’s close proximity to major freeways provides residents easy access to Downtown Houston, the Museum District, Texas Medical Center, the Galleria, Greenway Plaza, and Montrose.
