Bayou Lofts is one of Downtown’s renovated industrial buildings within the Historic District.
Bayou Lofts is a pet-friendly building and allows 2 pets under 50 lbs. per unit. Bayou Lofts doesn’t have its own dog park but Market Square Park, about 1056 ft. away, is just across the building. The park has two dog runs, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. The management requires pets to have current license and vaccination tags.
Bayou Lofts is one of Houston’s condos and lofts near the METRORail. Residents are only 2 blocks away from Preston Station with 10 minute and 20 minute travel time to Museum District and Texas Medical Center, respectively. MetroRail’s Red, Green and Purple Lines converge on Main Street, Downtown, less than a mile south of Bayou Lofts.
Green Link Bus is a free transportation service within Downtown. The environment friendly bus’ 2.5-mile route has 18 stops that connects eight hotels, the George R. Brown Convention Center, the Central Library, Green Street, Discovery Green, City Hall, Main Street Square and Houston Pavilions. Bayou Lofts’ nearest Green Link Bus station is just across the street.
