• CONVERTED LOFTS: 711 Main LLC converted the former M.E. Foster Building into Capitol Lofts in 1998. The developers kept most of the building intact, with lofts built out within the existing walls. The renovation included the construction of one and two-story units on levels three through nine and penthouses on the tenth floor.
