  • HOTEL-LIKE AMENITIES: Ivy Lofts has hotel-like amenities including 24/7 concierge, a rooftop pool with a wet bar, in-water seats and outdoor grill, state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga room, and a spa. Other amenities include a rooftop courtyard, dog park, and a retail space on the first floor.
  • EADO NEIGHBORHOOD: Over the last few years, developers have invested over $250 million into EaDo. Notable developments include the BBVA Stadium, MetroRail expansion, new apartment and townhome complexes. In addition, EaDo resides about 200 feet away from the George R. Brown Convention Center.
  • METRORAIL ACCESS: Ivy Lofts is just a few blocks away from the Eado/Stadium MetroRail station. The Green and Purple lines share the EaDo Stadium station, located north of the BBVA Compass Stadium. This provides residents fantastic access to Houston’s best districts via the METRORail.   • NEAR BUSINESS CENTERS: Residents are few minutes away from Houston’s major job centers. Just adjacent to EaDo area, Downtown features over 3,500 businesses housing more than 150,000 employees. Buying a condo in Ivy Lofts can be tricky. It’s a new building so there are no historical sales trends (like you can find from some of Houston’s top performing luxury condos). It is also the first residential condo unit in Houston with “micro-units” and a proposed “condotel” set up: it’s harder to project how properties will maintain its value. The building can have a lot of residents (and renters/guests) when at full capacity, some floors may have better privacy/exclusivity compared to other sections of the building.
