Set within the emerging EaDo neighborhood, the 28-story Ivy Lofts features micro-loft living with units starting under 400 square feet in size.

Buying a condo in Ivy Lofts can be tricky. It’s a new building so there are no historical sales trends (like you can find from some of Houston’s top performing luxury condos). It is also the first residential condo unit in Houston with “micro-units” and a proposed “condotel” set up: it’s harder to project how properties will maintain its value. The building can have a lot of residents (and renters/guests) when at full capacity, some floors may have better privacy/exclusivity compared to other sections of the building.
In addition, Ivy Lofts is pricing units at some of the highest prices per square foot of any comparable building in the city. It is unproven if the market will support these high prices per square foot (compared to prices from nearby Herrin Lofts, The Edge, St Germain or Bayou Lofts).

Its developer, Novel Creative, has reportedly secured more than 65 buyers before it breaks ground. Ivy lofts condos price starts from $159,900 to upwards of $375,000.

East Downtown, commonly referred to as Eado, is one of Houston’s Most Accessible Neighborhoods. Ivy Lofts is just few blocks away from two major freeways, Gulf Freeway and Eastex Freeway.
In addition, just a mile away, EaDo/Stadium MetroRail station provides residents easy access to Houston’s key districts. The Green and Purple lines share the EaDo Stadium station, located north of the BBVA Compass Stadium.
