Aside from the great location of Keystone Lofts, this residential complex is also well-known for its large units.
With a total of 34 units, Keystone Lofts isn’t renowned for having several living spaces, but it does offer large residential units.
The loft condominiums range from the smaller 1,350 square foot units to the large 4,400 square foot units.
The units go for an estimated $200,000 to $500,000.
Although the building does not have some of the facilities that other lofts have, such as pools or gymnasiums, the units do have some desirable features.
The loft condominiums have hardwood floors, granite counter tops, washers and dryers, jacuzzi tubs, and 10-foot ceilings.
The penthouse is a marvel, with its two-story floor plan and 2,300 square foot open roof terrace. You can also enjoy access to the building’s three-story parking garage.
The Keystone Lofts building was designed by architect Joseph Finger in 1920. The Art Deco exterior dates the building’s origins and serves as a testament to the unique style of Houston architecture.
