In the heart of Downtown Houston is a historical building with high-class panache, great amenities, and perfect location: St. Germain Lofts.
A classic Randall Davis development, St. Germain Lofts has an old-fashioned exterior balanced with modern interior design.
Before being converted into St. Germain Lofts, the building first served as the home of S.H. Kress & Co.
Originally built in 1911, the building’s exterior is a typical example of the unique architecture of Houston. Although not necessarily Art Deco, the building does have that historic look preferred by the Randall Davis Company.
The eight-story building was converted into a Houston loft condominium building in 2000, nearly 90 years after it was first built.
