Guide To Eagle Springs Neighborhood

Eagle Springs Humble is a master-planned community which opened in 2002. It is located at the intersection of Atascocita Road and Timber Forest Drive, about 20 miles northeast of Downtown Houston.

The community covers a 1,360-acre area north of Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Parkway), south of FM 1960, east of I-69 (Eastex Freeway), and west of Lake Houston Parkway. Eagle Springs real estate is close to the other master-planned communities of Fall Creek and The Groves.

Eagle Springs is from Newland Communities, the same developer that was also behind west Houston community Cinco Ranch in Katy. Other popular developments from Newland include Summerwood and Seven Meadows.

Eagle Springs Humble features custom-built homes from several reputable builders, including Chesmar Homes, Village Builders, Brighton, D.R. Horton, Lennar, and Westin.

The community features a number of recreational and leisure amenities the residents can use. Eagle Springs has an Athletic Club and Sports Complex, The Island Club, 3 lakes, and several parks.

The Athletic Club has a swimming pool, a spray pool, tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyball court, and a fitness center. It can also host indoor activities in its 3,800-square foot clubhouse. The Island Club, meanwhile, is home to a swimming pool, a waterpark, and a picnic pavillion ideal for family outings and picnics.

Eagle Spring homes are zoned to the Humble Independent School District. Two schools are located within the community: Eagle Springs Elementary School and Atascocita Springs Elementary School. Students residents also attend Timberwood Middle School and Atascocita High School.
