Main roads and thoroughfares nearby include FM 359 and FM 1093/Westpark Tollway. Grand Parkway, Interstate 10, and FM 1463 are minutes away from Fulbrook homes.

Fulbrook TX Schools

Fulbrook homes are zoned to Lamar Consolidated Independent School District (LCISD).

Lamar Consolidated ISD covers most of Fort Bend County, including Richmond, Rosenberg, Simonton, and Fulshear. The Texas Education Agency gave LCISD a Met Standard rating. The school was named an H.E.B. Excellence in Education School District in 2009.

Named for early settlers John and Randolph Foster, the school features a great athletics program with teams for men’s and women’s soccer, track, and basketball. Foster High opened in 2001 as a relief school for Terry High and Lamar Consolidated High schools.

Fulbrook is mostly made up of detached single-family homes, and there are no townhome options in the community. There are, however, some townhome options in nearby Cross Creek Ranch.

Fulbrook Condo Sale Trends

There are no mid- or high-rise Fulbrook condos for sale. Multi-family homes and residential condos are available further east in the Memorial and Galleria areas.

Fulbrook TX History

The area where Fulbrook now sits was mostly rural, covered with cattle and horse ranches. Development, like the FM 1093/Westpark Tollway expansion and several master-planned communities, spurred growth in the the Fulshear-Greater Katy area.

Fulbrook is one of the master-planned communities in the Fulshear area, with homes built between 2000 and 2017. Initially made up of 900 acres of land just outside the city of Fulshear, the community added 136 acres later on.

The master-planned community is under Trend Development, the same company behind Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek and Long Meadow Farms (both in Fort Bend County). Developer and consultant DHK Development was also involved in the project up until turning over the community in 2012.

Today, Fulbrook’s estate-style homes are still quite popular, thanks to the community’s accessibility and active lifestyle amenities.

Fun Things To Do Near Fulbrook

The master-planned community offers several amenities including 10 boat slips (for canoes, kayaks, and other small craft), a pavilion (with indoor and outdoor entertainment areas), a casting dock, and a picnic area. Residents can also enjoy Fulbrook’s network of trails, lakes and open space (around 200 acres).

For retail and dining options, residents can take a short drive to Fulshear’s small downtown area. Main Street showcases a few options, including groceries, bars, and a few stores.

The Shops at Bella Terra and LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch (both along Grand Parkway) are also a few minutes away from Fulbrook homes. The Shops at Bella Terra features over 600,000 square feet of retail and dining space.

LaCenterra, on the other hand, is a 34-acre mixed-use district with over 300,000 square feet of commercial space.
