Gleannloch Farms TX History
Gleannloch Farms was a former site for Arabian horses' home.
It was owned by Douglas Marshall, a Texas real estate investor, and his wife, Margaret Cullen Marshall, the daughter of philanthropist Hugh Roy Cullen.
They bought the Gleannloch Farms in the mid-1940s and made it a horse farm in the 1950s.
Gleannloch Farms' real estate construction began in 2012 and was completed in June 2015.
Some of the community's original white wood-clad stables, offices, and barns are still in use.
Today, the community became home to approximately 3,200 families living in Arcadian-designed architectural properties.
