“As first-time homebuyers I cannot recommend Brittney Coyle enough as a real estate agent! She worked with us through the chaos of 2021 which was an extremely disheartening market. Though she provided us with excellent market analysis tools, a portal for us to review all available properties, and most importantly she was available to answer our questions at seemingly all hours of the day, night, and even weekends! We visited several properties while my wife and I didn't exactly know what we wanted at all times. She help us narrow down our key criteria. Unfortunately we had to back out of our first offer since it had serious undisclosed red flags. Brittney remained patient and positive even though the decision terminate means no commission to her in a very hectic 2021 market. Yet she was our representative so we never felt pressured into any deal where we were not 100% satisfied. Later we found a property we absolutely loved. It had an insane number of offers. We gave 50K over asking, which Britney advised against, though it was rejected. We were very upset at that point but months later she found us a property across the street for cheaper, and 1K square feet larger, which had no competing offers! We closed on this home in November 2022. We love our new home and couldn't be happier with the purchase! Brittney helped us navigate a very difficult negotiation and closing period with a really horrible listing agent. Brittney's inspectors found a lot of problems which we have since fixed. We have hosted many parties and couldn't be happier! Thank you Brittney we love our Country Village home in Houston Texas!” - Douglas Duckworth (Google Review)
