“As first-time homebuyers I cannot recommend Brittney Coyle enough as a real estate agent! She worked with us through the chaos of 2021 which was an extremely disheartening market. Though she provided us with excellent market analysis tools, a portal for us to review all available properties, and most importantly she was available to answer our questions at seemingly all hours of the day, night, and even weekends! We closed on this home in November 2022. We love our new home and couldn't be happier with the purchase! Brittney helped us navigate a very difficult negotiation and closing period with a really horrible listing agent. Brittney's inspectors found a lot of problems which we have since fixed.
