Cross Creek Ranch real estate is mostly made up of detached single-family dwellings, ranging from lakefront estates to traditional bungalows. Due to the number of home builders in the community, there are a number of floor plans available.
Cross Creek Ranch homes typically feature 3- to 4-bedroom options, spread over 2,000 to 4,500 square feet of living space. Lot sizes are equally generous, ranging from 6,000 to more than 12,000.
The most expensive homes in the community can feature as many as 5 bedroom options, with sizes ranging from 5,000 to more than 6,000 square feet. Some feature sprawling lot areas of more than 20,000 square feet.
Home features and architectural styles vary. Some Cross Creek Ranch homes feature swimming pools, expansive front yards, and multi-car garages, among others. Most homes in the area feature traditional designs, while others draw from Mediterranean and Spanish influences.

The community’s master plan is geared toward eco-friendly amenities and features. It has since received numerous awards, including the 2016 People’s Choice Award (Development of Distinction by the Houston Distrisct Council of the Urban Land Institute). Cross Creek Ranch has been named “Master-Planned Community of the Year” by the Greater Houston Builders Association twice, in 2012 and 2014.
More development is coming to the community, particularly in the west. Several neighborhood schools are slated to open within the community, as well as mixed use development.

Cross Creek Ranch is known for its great community amenities: miles of trails and greenbelts, lakes, parks, a disc golf course, a fitness center, and a water park.
Located just off Cross Creek Bend Lane, Adventure Island Waterpark is a community favorite. Residents can enjoy the resort-style swimming pool, the 140-foot water slide, the lap lanes, wading pools, and tanning shelves. The water park also features the Splash-n-Spray Park. Flewellen Creek Pool, on the other hand, offers an infinity pool with lap lanes.
Cross Creek Ranch’s Canine Commons is geared toward the community’s four-legged residents. The dog park covers nearly an acre, and features fenced areas for large and small dogs, a covered pavilion, drinking fountains, and a wash area. Flewellen Creek Pool and the Cross Creek Ranch Canine Commons are both located along Flewellen Oaks Lane.
Arbor Park, another community hotspot, features two tennis courts, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, a covered pavilion, and playgrounds. It also serves as the entry point for the Disc Golf Course.
