Seven Meadows is an 860-acre master-planned community located north of Westpark Tollway/FM 1093 and west of Grand Parkway. The community is just south of Grand Lakes and Cinco Ranch and west of Cinco Ranch Southwest.
The neighborhood is made up of several sections and subdivisions, including Cinco West and Avalon at Seven Meadows. Avalon is an upscale gated community with a central lake. Meadowbrook Farms Golf Club, a Greg Norman designed course, is nestled within the neighborhood.

Seven Meadows real estate is made up of around 1,700 single-family homes. Luxury homes are common in the area, ranging from patio homes on golf course lots, estates with lake views, and homes within upscale gated communities. Two-story homes and bungalows are available in the area.
Seven Meadows homes come in a variety of floor plans, ranging from 3- to 5-bedroom 2- to 5-bath options. Home sizes are typically between 2,000 to around 7,000 square feet.
As the community is made up of several sections and subdivisions, prices, home styles, sizes, and floor plans vary. Cinco West tend to feature smaller one-story traditional homes on lots between 6,000 to 8,000 square feet.

The largely rural area transformed into today’s suburban haven thanks to a number of developments, including growth within Houston and the city of Katy, the completion of Interstate 10, and the construction of Westpark Tollway.
As the demand for homes surged, developers started buying up land in the area and building residential communities. Cinco Ranch, Green Trails, and Kelliwood were among the ones built during the housing boom in the 1970s and 1980s.
Things slowed down during the 1990s, but picked up again during the 2000s.
Seven Meadows was developed during this period, breaking ground sometime during the early 2000s. Newland Communities spearheaded the development, and several notable homebuilders (Taylor Jacob Custom Homes, Fairmont Homes, Westport Homes, and Tommy Bailey Homes) offered homes in the new master-planned community.
Today, Seven Meadows is still among the more popular communities in Greater Katy. Its great location, easy accessibility, and highly regarded schools still add to the neighborhood’s overall appeal.
Like most master-planned communities in Greater Katy, Seven Meadows offers a wide set of amenities fror its residents to enjoy. Apart from the eponymous seven meadows, the community also features a central recreation complex with a water park, a clubhouse, a dining room, a media room, a fitness center, and tennis courts.
Additional amenities are available at Cross Meadow Park, where residents can swim a few laps on the Junior Olympic-size pool. Parks, walking trails, and greenbelts are spread around Seven Meadows’ many neighborhoods. Avalon at Seven Meadows offers a central lake and a few amenities of its own.
One of the community’s main points of interest is of course the Meadowbrook Farms Golf Club. It features a Greg Norman designed par 72 golf course, a restaurant (The Grille), and a clubhouse.
For retail and entertainment, residents can take a short drive to the LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch or Katy Mills farther north. There are also plenty of restaurants, stores, cafes and bars along Grand Parkway and south of Westpark Tollway.
