Kolbe Farms is a 38-acre gated community located at the intersection of Hollister Road and Emnora Lane. Nestled within the Spring Branch area, the community will feature a 24-hour manned gated off Emnora Lane.
The community features single-family homes and townhomes, and has 9 acres of reserved land. Kolbe Farms also has a 3-acre lake, an island (with a connecting bridge), a walking and jogging trail, a dog park, a swimming pool, and a pavilion.
Kolbe Farms is about 6 miles away from Memorial City, a mixed-use district with 20 office buildings and 24 retail centers. Popular destinations in the area include the Memorial City Mall, Town & Country Village, and the CityCentre Plaza.
The Galleria, another key employment and retail district, is about 8 miles away from the community.

Kolbe Farms’ development started in 2011, under InTown Homes. Kempwood Investments and InTown acquired the property 10 years prior, when it was a horse stable called Spring Branch Stables.
Kolbe Farms’ first phase of development includes 250 homes, with 9 acres of the community reserved for amenities and green spaces. The community includes both single-family homes and townhomes.
The gated community is named for Karl Kolbe, Spring Branch’s earliest settler.
Nine acres of Kolbe Farms is reserved for its community amenities. Residents can relax at the banks of the community’s 3-acre lake, and cross the bridge to visit the island. A community swimming pool (for both adults and kids) is also available, as well as a pavilion.
Walking and jogging trails wind around the area, while the dog park will allow pets and neighbors alike to socialize.
The community is about 6 miles away from Memorial City. The district is home to more than 20 retail centers, including Memorial City Mall, CityCentre Plaza, and Town & Country Village.
