Knollwood Village is located inside loop 610, just south of the Braes Bayou bike trails and west of the NRG Stadium. Established in 1954 and previously the site of Houston’s Main Street Airport, the neighborhood now consists of around 622 homes split into 11 different neighborhood sections with each section having its own deed restrictions.

Knollwood Village has excellent accessibility, as it is minutes away from stores, parks, restaurants, and two of Houston’s major job centers: Downtown Houston and Texas Medical Center. Homes also have easy access to main roads like Main Street, Buffalo Speedway, and Braeswood Boulevard.
