“I enjoyed working with Brittney Coyle during one of the most challenging periods in the housing marketplace, with increasing interest rates and high demand. We started looking for my home in June. Despite the difficulties, Brittney displayed remarkable patience as we diligently searched for homes. She was incredibly considerate of my needs and expectations, which I had set very high. We found a new build, and the builder allowed me to customize the entire interior prior, which took another eight months. She had to work with me before closing in Oct. Throughout our time working together, Brittney remained highly professional and focused for almost a year and a half on achieving the best results for her client, no matter how long it took. I am incredibly thankful for her patience, understanding, and professionalism.” - London Dunlap (Google Review)

Sandalwood TX History

Sandalwood was developed in the mid-1950s on what used to be farmland. Martin Nadelman and Howard Singer were Sandalwood's developers. They were known for their resorts and hotels in Florida.

Sandalwood originally had 2 lakes. A third was built during the development of the subdivision. The 3 lakes are named after the daughters of Howard Singer: Patti Lynn Lake, Robin Lake, and Lorrie Lake.

In the late 1990s, most of the original homes in the area were renovated or updated creating a mix of vintage and new-construction luxury homes.

The deed restrictions in Sandalwood have helped maintain the neighborhood's look and feel. Homes are set back and the neighborhood has no cut-through streets.
