“We worked with Courtney Williams and she and the Houston Properties Team were absolutely fantastic- I cannot recommend her enough. We spent a year and half looking for the perfect home. Courtney was always incredibly patient with our VERY specific criteria and we never felt pressured to just pick something. On the contrary, she provided very in-depth market analysis for each property we were interested in and was forthcoming about any concerns she had for budget and resale (location, layout, cost for updates, etc.). Ultimately, she found us a great house BEFORE was listed, in a tight market. Throughout the process, she and her awesome partner, Erica, were constantly in communication and very easy to get ahold of. And they're a lot of fun! We are so grateful to Courtney and the Houston Properties Team for their patience, expertise, and professionalism.” - Emily Goodman (Google Review)
