Oak Estates Houston Real Estate Trends
The neighborhood has great access to major job districts and the best shopping and recreational sites in Houston.
The spacious lots makes it attractive for new constructions. However, with the constant low inventory, finding an Oak Estates home can be challenging for buyers.
Oak Estates homes for sale tend to sell fast because of its very low inventory. Since 2004, the most number of homes sold in a year was 10.
The real estate trends data below show intriguing numbers. However, due to the limited activity, buyers are advised to consult competent Oak Estates realtors to get a good market assessment of the area.

Oak Estates real estate market is primarily a seller’s market. Listings can go out of the market in as little as 2 weeks. Yet it’s worth noting that the number of homes sold per year generally go between 8 to 10.
