She was so good that I'm worried that if we move out of state or if she becomes too busy for us in the future, that we'll never be able to find someone we're happy with again, as we've been spoiled! Her knowledge of the process, of how much houses are worth, the quality of the areas, what problems we might face with a given house, etc., was invaluable. Violet is super sharp and has a real ability to read people, which came out during the two different stages of negotiation.
