Sienna Plantation is a 10,000-acre master-planned community in Missouri City by Johnson Development. One of the Best Master Planned Communities in Houston, Sienna Plantation is also among the top Houston neighborhoods in home sales.
The community is popular for its excellent Fort Bend ISD schools, resort-style amenities, expansive parks and trails, and availability of homes at a wide range of price points.
Its location off Highway 6 provides residents with access to Loop 610 in Houston via Fort Bend Parkway. This allows for great commute to major employment centers, shopping destinations, and entertainment in downtown Houston 27 miles to the north and the Galleria area (23 miles away).
Sienna Plantation is also just 30 minutes away from the Texas Medical Center. The Texas Medical Center is the largest medical center in the world. The area also has one of the highest concentrations of clinical facilities for patient care, basic science, and translational research.
Additionally, the extension of Sienna Parkway from Waters Lake Boulevard to FM 521 was recently opened. This provides residents with quicker access to Lake Jackson and key districts within The Loop. The new entrance is located about 2 miles south of Highway 6 and 4 miles west of Highway 288.

Notable Neighborhoods Near Sienna Plantation
Sienna Plantation’s sister community, Riverstone, is an upscale master-planned residential community in Sugar Land. Amenities in Riverstone include 500 acres of open spaces, more than 200 acres of lakes, and the 17-acre recreational hub The Club.
Within The Club is a fitness center, eight tennis courts, a resort-style swimming pool, and a nature-themed playground with a zip line and suspended rope bridge called Big Adventure Park. There is a bridge over the Flat Bank Creek diversion channel connects Riverstone’s LJ Parkway and Sienna Plantation’s Sienna Springs Road, offering an alternative to Highway 6.
Lake Olympia is a master-planned community in Missouri City, located in east Fort Bend county. Residents can enjoy community amenities such as jogging trails, lighted tennis courts, several swimming pools, and the Marina Clubhouse. Lake Olympia’s location just off Highway 6 provides easy access to main roads such as US 90 Alternate and Beltway 8. Fort Bend Parkway Tollroad ramps to and from the south at Lake Olympia Parkway.
