1. Southampton homes’ land value have almost doubled in value.

Land value per square foot of Southampton homes have appreciated from $48 per square foot in 2004 to $93 per square foot in 2013. This is primarily due to the increasing demand and continued low inventory of Southampton Place homes for sale.

2. The median sales price of Southampton Place homes have consistently increased since 2008.
