HISTORIC HOMES: Most Tealwood homes were built between the mid-1960s to the early 1980s. It is mostly made up of single-family which sit within Houston, while the rest are within the Bunker Hill Village. Architectural styles vary from traditional ranch-style to modern and contemporary designs.
Tealwood real estate can be tricky to navigate due to a number of factors. The list includes older homes (some will need renovations), proximity to busy roads, and limited inventories.
