“We had a wonderful experience with Holly Hernandez. She found us the right condo for us even before it was listed, helped us with the price negotiation, recommended very good specialized contractors to estimate work needed, created a very reasonable schedule, and we were able to close in record time. The whole process was extremely smooth and fast, Holly was very professional, worked very hard, in a very timely fashion, and made the whole exerience very pleasurable.” - Alina Deutsch (Google Review)

Tomball TX History

Settlers of the area, now called Tomball, arrived from Europe in the mid-1800s. These pioneers found thick, lush forests near Spring Creek akin to the Black Forest in Germany.

The area features woodlands and good soil. Conditions perfect for growing agriculture focused on lumber, farming, and livestock.

This growing community, called Peck, adopted a new name right after the turn of the 20th century. Peck became Tomball after Thomas Ball, an administrator who routed railroad operations through the town. Thomas Ball turned the sleepy community into a bustling rail center.

The town continues to grow for the next 25 years. Tomball struck gold when the Humble Oil Company (now Exxon) struck oil. Tomball was known as "Oiltown USA."

These historical events led to economic booms in Tomball. The city continues to become economically prosperous in the decades that follow.

Real estate in Tomball is among the most significant increase in appreciation rates seen in the last decade. Developers continue to build single-family homes to keep up with demand.
