As a General Virtual Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our top-producing real estate team. You'll leverage your skills to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, allowing our agents to focus on what they do best: providing exceptional service to our clients.

What You'll Do
As a General Virtual Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our real estate operations:

Liaison Duties to Agents: Act as a bridge between agents and clients, ensuring seamless communication.

Inbox Management: Efficiently manage and organize email communications.

Database Management: Maintain and update our real estate database for accuracy.

Content Writing: Craft engaging content for property listings, blog posts, and marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management: Curate and manage our social media presence for enhanced online visibility.

Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns and creating promotional materials.

Transaction Coordination: Facilitate smooth real estate transactions through administrative support.
Please note that your role may vary depending on your assigned department, and your responsibilities will be tailored to the specific needs and priorities of that department. This flexibility allows you to adapt and contribute effectively within different areas of our real estate business.
What We Look For
To be successful in this role, a good candidate must have the following:
General Requirements:

Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Minimum Qualifications:

At least high school diploma, not currently studying

Full-time availability with no conflicting commitments

Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required
Tech Requirements:

Processor: Intel Core-i3 (8th generation onwards) or equivalent AMD Ryzen or Apple M1 chips (preferred Intel Core-i5)

Memory: 8GB+ RAM

Available Hard Disk Drive Space: At least 1GB

Operating System - Windows OS: Windows 10 or later / Mac OS: Mac OS 11 or later

Internet: Main connection (at least 50 Mbps; fiber or DSL) / Backup connection (at least 20 Mbps)
