She found us the best people to work with for every part of the process: the appraisal, people to get the roof redone after we bought it, insurance, electricity, etc. etc. Violet is incredibly knowledgeable about everything to do with real estate. Her knowledge of the process, of how much houses are worth, the quality of the areas, what problems we might face with a given house, etc., was invaluable. Violet is super sharp and has a real ability to read people, which came out during the two different stages of negotiation. Negotiating well, and knowing how much risk to take while negotiating, is hard, and her advice turned out to be impeccable. Her negotiation skills saved us A LOT of money.
